| What is LINK? |
Early Childhood LINK is a training, consultation, and technical assistance project that facilitates provision of transdisciplinary, early intervention services to children (age birth to five) with the low incidence disabilities of visual impairment, autism, deafness/hard of hearing, and related child mental health issues.
LINK's main goals are to:
Identify specific training, technical assistance, and consultation needs of service providers;
Provide transdisciplinary training and consultation focusing on young children with low incidence disabilities and their families;
Maintain a resource library and website to disseminate information about low incidence disabilities;
Increase communication between agencies and coordinate among those providing services to young children with low incidence disabilities and their families.
