What is LINK?

Early Childhood LINK is a training, consultation, and technical assistance project that facilitates provision of  transdisciplinary, early intervention services to children (age birth to five) with the low incidence disabilities of visual impairment, autism, deafness/hard of hearing, and related child mental health issues.

LINK's main goals are to:

• Identify specific training, technical assistance, and consultation needs of service providers;

• Provide transdisciplinary training and consultation focusing on young children with low incidence disabilities and their families;

• Maintain a resource library and website to disseminate information about low incidence disabilities;

• Increase communication between agencies and coordinate among those providing services to young children with low incidence disabilities and their families.
